Our roadway design process is continuously focused on providing safe, cost effective, reliable, and maintainable roadways. We emphasize efficiency in acquiring rights-of-way, which meets the needs of the taxpayers, meets or exceeds the minimum design standards, and minimizes the impact on adjacent properties and the motoring public. Our experience has trained our engineering staff to explore and seek cost saving alternatives in order to develop the least disruptive and least expensive transportation design.
